Workshop Equipment
The company is equipped with large-scale vertical machining centers from Makino (Japan), including the F8, PS105, V77, and V56i; Japanese Okuma vertical machining centers (MB-56VA); and Japanese Yamazaki Mazak LGMAZAK large-scale vertical machining centers (FJV-35/60II and VCN530CL), among other mold-machining equipment, as well as high-precision CNC machines such as the QSM300L/1250. All equipment undergoes regular calibration and maintenance to ensure machining accuracy remains within ±0.01 mm. An intelligent production management system enables digital monitoring of the machining process, ensuring traceability at every stage from raw materials to finished products and guaranteeing efficiency and consistency in mold manufacturing.
