Design & Development
Our experienced design and R&D team leverages an advanced CAD/CAE/CAM integrated system combined with mold flow analysis to optimize mold structure during the product design phase. Through 3D modeling and simulation, we identify and resolve potential issues early on, ensuring scientific accuracy and reliability in mold design. We provide end-to-end technical support—from concept to mold delivery—to meet your needs.
Workshop Equipment
The company is equipped with Japanese Makino large vertical machining centers (F8, PS105, V77, V56i), Okuma vertical machining center MB-56VA, and Mazak LGMAZAK large vertical machining centers (FJV-35/60II, VCN530CL) for mold manufacturing, along with QSM300L/1250 high-precision CNC equipment. All machines undergo regular calibration and maintenance to ensure machining accuracy remains within ±0.01mm. An intelligent production management system enables digital monitoring of the entire process, making every step from raw materials to finished products fully traceable and guaranteeing efficient, consistent mold manufacturing.
Quality Management
We have established a comprehensive quality management system certified to ISO 9001 standards, enforcing rigorous quality control from incoming material inspection through process control to final product testing. Equipped with precision instruments such as coordinate measuring machines (CMM) and vision measuring systems, we conduct thorough inspections of mold dimensions, surface quality, and fit accuracy. Every mold undergoes trial molding validation prior to shipment to ensure it meets customer requirements, providing reliable quality assurance for our clients.
